Transavia is the largest low-cost airline in the Netherlands and has been serving leisure travellers for over 57 years now. The airline experienced a strong recovery and has been able to maintain its position as the most popular low-cost carrier in the Netherlands. Overall, the leisure market recovered quicker than the business market, retaining more capacity than airlines that rely on intercontinental traffic.
Despite the crisis in the sector, Transavia has been able to launch innovations in customer experience, such as Transavia Holidays (a new holiday booking service that brings together a wide choice of destinations and hotels at affordable prices on a single platform) and Smooss (an automated passenger reservation change solution).
Transavia Netherlands offers regular medium-haul and charter flights from our six main bases in France and the Netherlands to Europe (over 100 destinations), the Mediterranean basin, and Asia (Dubai), at very competitive prices. Their planes also take off from around 20 other countries in Europe and around the Mediterranean. In addition to attractive prices for business and leisure travellers, Transavia also offers (paid) products and services to passengers.

Transavia France is today the first low-cost airline in Orly and the second in Paris (Beauvais, Roissy, Orly). With more than 2000 employees in France, Transavia has at the center of its commitments the quality of its services, the proximity of its crews and innovation. This stance has led it to being awarded regularly.
For the second time, Transavia France was elected by 'Customer Service of the Year 2022' in the Collective Passenger Transport (ESCDA) category and obtained, for the fifth consecutive year, the Capital label 'Best Insignia' in the Transport category, awarded by Capital magazine.
The company also received the Qualiweb 2021 trophy for the quality of its online service in the Tourism and Transport category.
